After a few years working as part of a team, Kim Matus was ready to build a brand of her own. She came to me looking for an identity that felt personal and true to who she is, while still fitting seamlessly within the Keller Williams brand.
Kim’s story shaped every part of the process. A trusted local and natural guide, she believes real estate is about more than a transaction—it’s about people and the places they call home. That idea became the heart of the visual direction.
The final identity balances confidence and warmth. The compass mark symbolizes guidance and trust (and nods to a client gift Kim frequently gives). Paired with clean typography, classic black-and-white foundation, and handwritten accents, this brand brings personality without sacrificing polish. The expanded palette and typography complement the Keller Williams system, allowing Kim to stand apart while still feeling cohesive.
The result is a brand that reflects Kim’s experience, approach, and care - giving her a confident presence as she steps out on her own and guides clients home.
